Why airline crew get their own service

Crew travel is not ordinary airport travel. The pickup is a staff point rather than a terminal kerb, the timing is set by a roster, and several crew often travel the same road at the same hour.

Cabin Crew handles all three. You choose an approved staff point at DXB or DWC, travel privately or join a compatible scheduled shared trip, and your booking carries a staff fare. A physical airline staff ID is checked by the chauffeur.

Shared seats depend on availability and the policy configured at the time you book.
